About Groundworks

A few things worth knowing so your visit goes smoothly.

Groundworks is a cash-only service. Payment is collected in person once the job is finished, and the price is always $10 per bag of leaves. The number of bags is determined on-site after raking, so your final total reflects exactly the work your lawn needed — nothing more.

There's nothing you need to prepare or provide. I bring all of my own bags and equipment, and I leave the filled bags neatly at the curb when I'm done. All I ask is that someone is home for the visit — I always knock before starting, and if no one answers I'll move on rather than rake without checking in first.

Fall weather can be unpredictable, so occasionally a visit needs to be moved to a new time. You're always free to cancel or reschedule directly through the website, and I'll do the same on my end if conditions call for it.

If you'd like a reminder when booking times open up, you can opt into Groundworks' weekly text updates when you book. It's completely optional, and you can opt out at any time.
